At Shinero®, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. While most of our products are non-returnable due to their nature and hygiene standards, we do provide resolution and support in specific, genuine cases.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or resolution within 5 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:

  • Item is missing or lost during delivery

  • Wrong item received

  • Item is damaged upon delivery (with valid photo/video proof)

Returns or refunds for personal dissatisfaction or change of mind are not applicable due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of car care products.

Product Condition for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

  • Used, opened, or tampered products will not be accepted for return.

Refund Timeline

For eligible refunds, the process is initiated after verifying and receiving any necessary details or proof.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If a return is approved, Shinero® will bear the return shipping cost.

  • We will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product securely.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product safety, the following cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Opened car shampoos, waxes, polishes, or chemical products

  • Used microfiber cloths, sponges, brushes, or pads

  • Kits or combos where one or more items have been used/opened
